Bereavement is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Causes Isaac's tears to cycle between 7 colors.

Each tear fired has a 28.57% chance of applying a status effect that matches the current color:
• Funky Red: burn.
• Funky Blue: slowing.
• Corpse Green: poison.
• Greyscale Light: confusion.
• Piss: petrify.

The chance goes up to 100% with 7 luck.

Each status effect is applied for 2.17 seconds. Any damage dealt by the effects is equal to Isaac's damage.

The last 2 colors apply properties to the tear itself, and these are guaranteed.
• Lego Orange: Godhead.
• Greyscale Dark: Lost Contact.

Defeat The Beast as Tainted Inaba.
