Infestation 0 is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a 10% chance to fire an aberrant tear, which teleports enemies to the previous room Isaac came from.

Spawns a Level 0 Fly familiar in place of teleported enemies, which devolves any enemy it touches, and then disappears.

Teleported enemies will retain their current HP in the previous room.

Teleported enemies can be teleported again from the previous room back to the original one.

Does not work on bosses.

Get rewound by a Level 0 Fly.
