Mysterious Fedora item
Mysterious Fedora is an unlockable passive item in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Entering a new room with enemies has a 20% chance of spawning a Mysterious Stranger in a random position in the room.
The Mysterious Stranger will shoot 6 bullets at random enemies, each dealing 20 damage, and then leave.
When leaving, the Mysterious Stranger will drop a 
Penny, a Bomb, or a 
Key, depending which one Isaac has the least of.
The Mysterious Stranger shoots 5 times per second. The bullets have spectral and piercing properties.
During Greed Mode, the chance is checked on each wave start.
How to unlock?
Defeat The Beast as Tainted Friend.
