Poisonous Bunch is a pickup in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Can be spawned by Sweet Red.

Grants Isaac a charged Ipecac shot that takes 0.5 seconds to charge.

The shot deals 43.5 damage and can be upgraded by picking up the Poisonous Bunches.

Multiple upgrades can be gained based on the number of these collected, and they last for the duration of the run.

The following upgrades are available:
• 5 bunches → spawns a poison gas cloud that deals Isaac's amount of damage, 10 times per second.
• 10 bunches → 6 smaller poison shots are fired as well, each dealing 5 + DamageStat damage.
• 15 bunches → 5 additional bloody shots are fired; these spawn red creep that deals 2 damage per tick (20 per second) and lasts for 4.67 seconds.
• 20 bunches → a bramble familiar digs up from underground and unleashes vines toward nearby enemies, ensnaring them for 7.33 seconds.
• For every 5 additional bunches → the main shot deals +17 flat damage.
