Soul Shard is an unlockable pickup in Fiend Folio: RELOADED, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Adds a Soul Shard to Isaac's health bar that always sits last. Collecting 3 of them is required in order to form a full Soul Shard.

Each complete Soul Shard grants an extra life that revives Isaac in the same room with full health.

Has a 0.1% chance of replacing any heart pickup.

Also has a 0.1% chance of replacing any pickup in the Shop.

Entering a Super Secret Room has a 0.5% chance of being replaced with a special layout that contains Soul Shards.

Both the Shop and Super Secret Room chances are increased to 50% if Isaac is holding an incomplete Soul Shard.
