Icicle Lance item
Icicle Lance is a familiar in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a lance familiar that constantly flies horizontally across the room.
The familiar targets enemy that has the highest health, and attempts to line up with it.
The familiar deals 15 + DamageStat damage to enemies. It also inflicts slowness for 2 seconds, causes enemies to freeze on death, and instantly destroy any frozen enemy it touches.
