Lightning Charger item
Lightning Charger is a passive item in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
All active items gain extra charge(s) upon clearing any room larger than 1x1.
Double-sized rooms and Triple-sized rooms gives 1 extra charge, quadruple-sized rooms gives 2 extra charges.
Does not work with active items that use special charge type.
