Red Coin is a pickup in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants 1¢ and adds a Red Coin to the new Red Coin Meter.

Isaac can see the Red Coin Meter by pressing the map key.

Getting 5 Red Coins grants 1up!.

Spawns most commonly in Arcades, but second most commonly in Treasure Rooms, Secret Rooms, and Super Secret Rooms. Despite this, all special rooms have layouts with Red Coins.
