Jobs Rags is an unlockable passive item in Job, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

(What's a tainted item?)

At the beginning of each floor, Isaac gains a shield that will protect against one hit.
The item acts specifically on receiving damage, which means it will trigger after all other vanilla items such as Holy Mantle or Belly Jelly.

After the shield absorbs the hit, Isaac will gain +250% tears up which will gradually decrease in the span of 30 seconds. - Isaac will also leave red creep until the tears up buff wears off.

Self-damage sources such as curse room or Blood Donation Machine will not trigger the effect.

Each copy of this item will increase the duration of the tears up by 30 seconds. Copies do not grant additional shields.
