CookBook is an active item in Library Expanded, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Does one of the following:
• 5% → Spawns a food item.
• 40% → Spawns a Heart.
• 55% → Spawns a Blue Fly (60%), Neutral Fly (32%), or Enemy Fly (8%).
Chances for items and hearts scale with luck; +1% per each luck point.
The hearts spawned can be one of the following:
• 10.91% → 
Bone Heart.
• 16.36% → 
Double Heart.
• 27.27% → 
Heart.
• 45.45% → 
Half Heart.
Possible food items:
• Breakfast.
• Dessert.
• Dinner.
• Lunch.
• Midnight Snack.
• Rotten Meat.
• A Snack.
• Supper.
There is a fixed 25% chance this book activates an additional time.
