Impulse to Destroy is an active item in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Only consumes 3 charges on use.

Makes every enemy and trap displaying "Eye" explode, akin to Mama Mega!, and displays "Eye" on all enemies and traps in the room.

Explosions can kill otherwise invulnerable enemies, such as Peep's eyes, Death's Heads and Stoneys & Stone Grimaces, and destroy otherwise indestructible obstacles, such as Key Blocks, Metal Blocks, and Pillars.

If there are no enemies in the room, makes Isaac explode without damaging him.

Enemies that display "Eye" take double damage.

The design of this item, much like the Destruction, is derived from Flandre Scarlet's ability to destroy absolutely anything. However, it more closely aligns with her explanation of how her power works as described in the book Touhou Bunkachou: she moves the "eye" of an object to her palm and crushes it to destroy the object.
