Upon use, spawns a ring around Isaac's current position. After 3 seconds, a meteor will fall. More meteors will continue to fall on Isaac's position for the remainder of the room.

The meteor will explode when landing, dealing 495 explosion damage. Flames and meteor fragments burst out from the center. The meteor fragments are rock tears that deal 5 damage while also burning enemies.
