#276Isaac's Heart"Protect it"Familiar
Spawns a heart familiar that follows Isaac and tries to position itself in the opposite direction of Isaac's shooting.

Isaac takes damage if the heart is hurt, but Isaac's body becomes immune to damage, excluding interactable objects such as Blood Donation Machines and Devil Beggars.

The heart charges up as Isaac fires. At full charge, upon releasing the fire button, it will knock back nearby enemies and tears, create a small puddle of red creep, and release blood shots in 8 directions that deal 8 damage.

Makes Isaac's body deal contact damage equal to 2x Isaac's damage stat per tick (4x per second).
