Spawns a megaphone that stays in front of Isaac's shooting direction and blocks incoming projectiles.

Once it blocks a projectile, Isaac shouts, dealing 5 + 5 × CurrentFloor damage to enemies in front of him, and confusing them.

The megaphone can also be placed diagonally by holding two firing buttons at once.

This item contributes towards the Musician transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac +1 flat fire rate, make him shoot piercing and spectral sonic tears with wider size.
