Creates an angelic halo around Isaac that, when an enemy comes in contact with, a beam of light starts forming above them. If they stay in the halo for about a second, a beam of light will strike down on them, dealing damage to them and creating 4 more beams in the cardinal directions.

The initial beam does 3.5 damage per tick, up to 15 times, and the others deal 1.75 per second, up to 15 times.

The halo will grow in size each time Isaac takes damage, up to a maximum of 10 times. The size resets after leaving the floor.
This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.
