Removes all Red Heart containers and empties all Bone Hearts.

While heldLosing any Bone heart causes Isaac to fire a ring of 8 bones that deal 22 + DamageStat damage and split into more bones that deal damage half of this amount.

Losing a Bone Heart also grants a permanent +0.4 fire rate.

No effects are applied when losing Bone Hearts via a Devil Deal or other means that don't involve directly taking damage.
