Causes Isaac's bombs to create ghosts when they explode, that rapidly chase and deal contact damage to enemies equal to 50% of Isaac's damage per tick, 3.75 times per second.

Ghosts explode after 10 seconds, dealing 7 damage to nearby enemies up to 3 times, and destroying enemy projectiles. Isaac and the environment are immune to the explosion.
Unlock: Defeat Delirium as Tainted Lost.
