Upon entering a room, each enemy has a 20% chance to be petrified, and freeze when killed.

Petrification lasts for 4 seconds, and enemies can be frozen up to 2 more seconds after the petrificaton effect.

The chance for enemies to be petrified scales with luck, reaching 100% at 40 luck.

The freezing effect is the same one granted by Uranus. Check the item page for more details about ice statues.

Bosses can get petrified, but won't get frozen.
