Activates the effects of The Necronomicon, dealing 40 damage to all enemies in the room.

Converts all pickups in the room into Blue Flies and Blue Spiders.

Converts all item pedestals in the room into random stat upgrades, similarly to consuming a passive item with Void. Will also consume active items but turn them into stats as well.
Unlock: Defeat Ultra Greedier as Apollyon.
