Summons a sword above Isaac's head. As long as the sword is active, all item pedestals become doubled, spawning an additional free item next to them. Both items can be taken.

It will also double items spawned via other means, e.g. via Machines, Beggars, via other items, cards, etc.

Will not double items spawned from chests, except for Mega Chests.

Will not double items that require payment, such as ones in Shops and Devil Deals.

The additional item is pulled from the current room's item pool, even if the original item was from another pool.

After Isaac gets hit once the item has been activated, the sword can fall at any time and instantly kill Isaac. Self-sacrifice mechanics won't activate this effect.

The sword has a 1/10000 chance every 4 frames to fall. This chance does not increase as more hits get taken.

The sword falling can be survived if Isaac has invincibility at the time, or if he has an extra life. No more extra items will spawn once the sword has fallen.
Costs 2 Heart Containers when found in a Devil Deal, or 30¢ in an Angel Shop.
Unlock: Defeat The Lamb as Jacob and Esau.
