Increases Isaac's stats when at exactly 1 red heart.

The effect is lost for the rest of the room any time Isaac gains or loses red hearts.

The crown glows red while active, and black when inactive.

The following stat changes are applied when active:
• +2 fire rate.
• +1.5 range.
• +0.2 shot speed.

Has no effect on characters that cannot obtain red hearts or coin hearts.
Unlock: Defeat Delirium as Azazel.
