On pickupDrops 1-6 random pickups around Isaac.

While heldCauses items to be chosen from random item pools.

Fixed item drops that ignore the current room's item pool are not affected. Such examples include Cube of Meat after defeating a Harbinger, The Small Rock after breaking a Tinted Rock, etc.

Each pool has a different weight (chance to be selected) based on the number of items inside it, with pools having more items being much more likely to be chosen than smaller pools.

Cannot mix up pools between Greed Mode and the normal game.
