Sing-Along Buddy is a passive item in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

When a tear is fired, any effects that may occur after firing are processed an additional time.

Transformations

This item contributes towards the Musician transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac +1 fire rate, and make him shoot piercing and spectral sonic tears with wider size.
