Power Point item
Power Point is a familiar in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+0.5 damage.
Spawns a Ying-Yang Orb Option familiar that hovers directly in front of Isaac and shoots homing tears that deal 2 + 0.25 × DamageStat damage.
When Isaac has 4 Option familiars, holding additional Power Point item will no longer spawn more Option familiars.
Drops a Power Point item when a boss is killed.
Will no longer drop if Isaac is already holding 5 or more Power Point items.
When Isaac is holding more than 1 Power Point item, taking non-self damage removes 1 Power Point item.
If the number of Power Point items held exceeds the number of Option familiars, removing a Power Point item will also remove a Option familiar.

Trivia
In the Touhou series, reaching certain firepower thresholds grants additional Options.
When the player character gets hit (miss), they release a certain number of Power Points.
Different Touhou titles feature varying firepower systems. This item references the system in Mountain of Faith, where the maximum firepower value is 5.00, but only up to 4 Options can be obtained.
The sound effect played when losing this item is the classic "player hit" sound from the Touhou series.
In the original games, Reimu Hakurei's Options typically appear as Yin-Yang Orbs, while Marisa Kirisame's Options take the form of Mini-Hakkero.
The item's description references Marisa Kirisame's catchphrase from Perfect Memento in Strict Sense: "It ain't magic if it ain't flashy. Danmaku's all about firepower."
"DA☆ZE" is Marisa Kirisame's characteristic verbal tic.
