Aphrodisiac is an active item in neverbirth, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Inflicts a base cost of half a heart of non-lethal damage.

For 3 seconds: +0.5 damage, -0.5 tear delay, and homing, magenta tears.

Applies the charm status to Isaac for the same duration.

This item contributes towards the Leviathan transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +2 Black Hearts.

Aphrodisiac can be found in the following item pools:

Repeated uses can overlap.

Each use adds its own damage and tear-delay bonuses, with a separate 3-second timer.

The firing bonus subtracts 0.5 from tear delay; it is not a flat +0.5 tears per second.

The charm status is applied to Isaac rather than directly charming every enemy in the room.
