Cleaver is a passive item in neverbirth, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Currently has no gameplay effect in this published version.

Reserved for Stranger's cleaver attack mechanic, which is disabled in the published package.

The following tags are applied to this item:

The published EID describes Stranger-only swings: 0.5 damage and knockback when hitting an enemy's body, or twice the character's damage when hitting an enemy's past shadow.

These are descriptions of the disabled mechanic, not available effects of picking up this item in this version.

The published code explicitly disables the Stranger registration flag, and every cleaver attack and stat change is gated by that character check.

Holding the collectible alone does not enable it.

The item remains registered as a quality-0 passive collectible.

It is absent from the published item-pool lists.

Its XML subtitle and offensive tag do not establish that the disabled weapon is usable.
