Fortune Rivalling Heaven Gu is a passive item in neverbirth, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While heldRaises luck to at least 0 and to the highest registered luck threshold among the holder's supported items and trinkets.

Keeps a higher existing luck value.

The requirement updates as supported items, trinkets, or combinations change.

Examples include 10 luck for Needletick, 13 for Euthanasia, and 8.89 for Holy Light.

Fortune Rivalling Heaven Gu can be found in the following item pools:

Only effects with a registered threshold are supported.

Unsupported modded effects, reverse-luck effects, and effects without a finite registered cap do not determine the target.

A registered threshold is the cap of that effect's luck scaling; it does not make every effect trigger 100% of the time.

For example, the registered caps for Needletick, Euthanasia, and Holy Light correspond to 15%, 25%, and 50% respectively.

Supported collectible combinations are checked together with their required partner.

Held and swallowed trinkets are detected through their trinket multiplier.

Extra copies do not add the luck targets together.

Losing the item removes this luck floor during the next luck refresh.

The published EID also lists a 10% repeat-payout chance, a 1% extra item-pedestal chance, and a 5% extra Lucky Penny chance.

These reward effects have no corresponding implementation in the published package used for this page, so they are not listed as active effects.
