Ring of the Seven Curses is an active item in neverbirth, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
On pickupOffered only in the run's starting room; the offer disappears permanently after leaving.
Taking it permanently binds the primary active slot.
While heldForces Darkness, the Lost, the Unknown and the Maze.
Disables flight and held trinkets; blocks beds except Mom's Bed.
Damage and firing frequency are multiplied by 0.75; shot speed by 1.25; luck is reduced by 5.
Enemy HP and the wearer's damage taken are doubled.
Caps health capacity at 6 hearts, keys at 2, bombs at 1 and normally coins at 20.
Every 2 room entries add 1 charge to the secondary active retained when the ring was equipped.
Quality-4, modded and specifically banned items cannot be picked up by the wearer.
Their pedestals remain; a legal replacement is attempted beside them.
New active items are also blocked.
Collecting an item in a Devil Room, Angel Room or Angel Shop adds 1 broken heart, including free items.

This is a permanent run contract.
The primary ring and retained secondary active are restored if removed or replaced.
Pressing the ring has no active effect.
Continuing preserves the contract and the expired starting-room offer does not return.
Stat/resource restrictions and item/trinket pickup blocks apply to the wearer.
Forced floor curses and doubled hostile-enemy HP affect the shared room; a teammate who did not take the ring is not given the wearer's item restrictions.
Enemy HP is doubled once per eligible enemy, including existing enemies on activation, without stacking for multiple wearers.
The published implementation retains whichever secondary active is present at activation; it does not verify that it is a character's built-in item.
Charging counts transitions between different room keys, including revisits, rather than requiring two combat clears.
The native charging limit still applies.
The 6-heart limit counts red-heart containers, soul/black hearts, bone hearts and eternal hearts.
Overflow is removed in that order of priority: eternal hearts, soul/black hearts, bone hearts, then red containers.
Keys/bombs/coins above their caps are removed.
Keeper and Tainted Keeper have no coin cap; Pound of Flesh or an active Keeper's Bargain raises the cap to 35.
Sol, Black Candle, Schoolbag, Little Horn, Euthanasia and Fruit Cake are removed from the wearer and forbidden on pedestals.
Monkey's Paw is removed, including absorbed copies.
The Wiz, Curse of the Tower and Cursed Eye are protected once held and restored if removed.
Other previously owned quality-4 items are not generally stripped solely for their quality.
Replacement attempts seek an allowed passive or familiar from the source room's item pool.
The reward inherits the source price and shop status; the original blocked pedestal remains.
If no valid reward can be produced, only the original remains.
Rerolling that pedestal re-evaluates its new contents.
The active displaced by equipping the ring does not earn compensation.
The broken-heart penalty settles an actual grant in the listed trade rooms, not mere contact and not only negative heart prices.
It can apply to free Angel Room items or coin purchases there.
Ordinary shop purchases outside these rooms do not receive this penalty.
Held trinkets are dropped and a Seven Curses Slot Seal occupies the disabled trinket slot.
