Kamikaze Squad is a passive item in neverbirth, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While heldWhile vulnerable hostile enemies remain, spawns a friendly Mulliboom every 3 seconds, up to 2 alive per holder.

Each unit targets the nearest eligible enemy and explodes on contact, dealing 40 explosion damage with twice the normal explosion radius.

Remaining units explode when the room is cleared or no eligible target remains.

The explosions can hurt Isaac.

Units choose the nearest eligible enemy when they first acquire a target and choose again if that target becomes invalid.

Friendly, charmed, dead and invulnerable enemies are not eligible targets.

The spawn timer advances only while eligible enemies remain and the holder has fewer than 2 live units.

Multiple copies do not increase this limit or spawn speed; co-op holders have separate timers and unit limits.

The units are friendly NPCs.

Their explosion damage is fixed at 40 against enemies and does not scale with Isaac's damage.

The item grants no explosion immunity.

Leaving the room, changing floors, losing the item, dying or exiting the game removes the holder's units without triggering their custom explosions.
