Avada Kedavra is a passive item in neverbirth, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While heldMultiplies damage by 5 and replaces Isaac's weapon with Anti-Gravity Brimstone.

While vulnerable enemies remain, hold fire for 1 second, then release to cast.

Fire rate does not change the charge time.

At full charge, keep holding to wait or adjust your aim; releasing early cancels the charge.

After each completed cast finishes, it must have directly killed at least one enemy.

Otherwise the caster dies and cannot revive from that death.

In co-op, this failure kills only the caster.

Success requires a direct lethal hit from that cast followed by the enemy's death.

Damage without a kill, merely passing a boss phase or breaking a shield, poison/burn ticks, familiar kills and teammates' kills do not satisfy it.

One confirmed direct kill is enough for that cast.

The failure check waits until the cast's native attack effects finish and pending direct kills resolve.

Charging alone and cancelling before full charge do not create a failed cast.

No vulnerable enemy, disabled controls or a paused game prevent firing and clear the charge.

Changing rooms cancels outstanding casts rather than evaluating them as misses.

The weapon override suppresses Isaac's other direct weapon outputs, including secondary technology lasers, while leaving familiar and teammate attacks alone.

Losing the item restores the normal weapon configuration.

The five-times multiplier is applied to the damage stat once; the cast reads that value without adding a second multiplier.

Failure death is enforced directly and blocks revival for that death.
