Sterilization Certificate is a passive item in neverbirth, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While heldPrevents recognized summoners from producing ordinary hostile flies, maggots, spiders, Dips and swarms.

Each blocked spawn damages its summoner: normal enemies take 10 + 5% of their maximum HP; bosses take 3 + 1% of their maximum HP.

Sterilization Certificate can be found in the following item pools:

The following tags are applied to this item:

Recognized summoners include Mulligans, Hives, Big Spiders, Nests, Fat Sacks, Half Sacks, Portals, the Duke of Flies, Gurdy, Widow, Mama Gurdy and the Matriarch.

Only supported ordinary offspring with a recognized parent or spawner are blocked.

Boss offspring, friendly enemies and enemies already present are unaffected.

The effect applies to the room while any character holds the item.
