Ancient hourglass item
Ancient hourglass is an active item in Preyn's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Golden Collection submod.
Description
Teleports Isaac back to the starting room of the floor.
Activates the effects of The D6, D7, and D20 in every explored room.
Has a 50% chance to permanently convert into The Hourglass.
D7 does not trigger in Boss, Angel, and Devil rooms.
Part of the Golden Collection mod.
