Gideon's gaze item
Gideon's gaze is a passive item in Preyn's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Quarry Collection submod.
Description
On pickup +1 Black Heart.
While held Entering a room with Grimace(s) or Stoney(s) in it will spawn a Spirit of Gideon in the center. After ~1.4 seconds it will kill all Grimace(s) and Stoney(s) and disappear.
Has a 25% of dropping a 
Black Heart after killing Grimace(s) and Stoney(s).
Clearing all rounds against Great Gideon will destroy him, revealing the secret trapdoor beneath him.
Part of the Quarry Collection mod.
