Hush's Scythe item
Hush's Scythe is an unlockable passive item in Red Baby, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants the following stat boosts for every Half Red Heart held:
+0.04 speed.
+0.04 fire rate.
+0.25 flat damage.
Empties 2 Red Heart Containers and spawns 4 Blood Clots every floor.
Soul Hearts and 
Black Hearts have a 50% chance to be replaced with 
Rotten Hearts and 
Bone Hearts respectively.
How to unlock?
Defeat Hush as !!!.
