Lil !!! is an unlockable familiar in Red Baby, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants an orbital that constantly spews blood tears in uncleared rooms, each dealing 3.5 damage.
How to unlock?
Earn all Hard Mode completion marks as !!!.
Transformations
Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
