Scarlet Infant is an unlockable familiar in Red Baby, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants an orbital familiar that blocks shots.

Orbits enemies instead of Isaac if any are present in the room.

Killing the enemy Scarlet Infant orbits will cause a blood explosion that deals 30 damage to enemies in the vicinity and kills the Scarlet Infant.

While dead, Scarlet Infant will constantly spew blood tears that deal 3.5 damage.

Scarlet Infant will revive after 10 seconds.

Defeat Mega Satan as !!!.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
