Isaac's Skin is an unlockable familiar in Red Baby, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a familiar that follows Isaac.

The familiar will try to attack any nearby enemies by punching them, dealing 2 damage per tick (60 per second), and rarely throwing bombs at them.

Rarely tries to open Secret Room doors.

Uses a card when entering a new floor, and has a chance to do so when entering a hostile room (10%), or a Shop (50%).
