Ferryman's Toll is an unlockable passive item in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickupSpawns 2 random coins.

While heldUpon death, Isaac will be revived in the previous room for the cost of 33¢, and up to 6 of his red heart containers will be refilled.

The cost of revival doubles each time.

If playing as Keeper, the cost is 25¢. In this case, if the cost reaches 100¢, it will be set to 99¢ instead.
