Death Mask item
Death Mask is an unlockable passive item in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
After every 10 enemies killed, a random enemy will be struck by lightning and converted into a friendly blue Bony.
If there are no enemies available in the room when the kill counter is reached, the conversion will happen in the next room.
Bosses cannot be converted.
The Bony behaves like a regular Bony despite its different appearance.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mom's Heart as Dante.
