Cabbage Patch is a passive item in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

A sprout will appear in every room. Shooting at it 4 times will cause it to grow into a vegetable familiar that attacks enemies.

The familiar will jump around and attack enemies, dealing 1.5x Isaac's damage.

After dealing contact damage a total of 5 times, the familiar will die.

When growing, the sprout will unleash a small explosion that deals 5x Isaac's damage to nearby enemies.

The sprout will disappear once the room is left, but the familiar grown out of it will remain with Isaac until it dies.

Based on certain criteria, different types of vegetables can spawn, that each have their unique properties.

The spawn chance is calculated based on a weight system, similar to items. For example, a vegetable with a weight of 50 is twice as rare as a vegetable with a weight of 100.

Cabbage (weight: 100)

No special requirement. Default type.

Artichoke (weight: 50)

Requires Mom's Knife.

Has a 25% chance to shoot a leaf that deals 11% of Isaac's damage.

Beetroot (weight: 50)

Requires any of the following:
• Homing tears.
• Mom's Eye
• Mom's Eyeshadow
• 3 Dollar Bill
• Fruit Cake

Has a 25% chance to shoot a homing tear that deals 2.25x Isaac's damage.

Broccoli (weight: 50)

Requires any of the following:
• Tech.5
• Technology
• Technology 2
• Tech X
• Technology Zero

Has a 25% chance to rapidly shoot out a couple of lasers that each deal 33% of Isaac's damage.

Carrot (weight: 50)

Requires any of the following:
• Piercing tears.
• 8 Inch Nails
• Euthanasia
• The Ludovico Technique

Has a 50% chance to launch itself and perform a drill attack that rapidly deals 7.5% of Isaac's damage, but will also die more quickly.

Cauliflower (weight: 50)

Requires any of the following:
Uranus
Mint Gum

Has a 25% chance to blow an ice wind that temporarily freezes nearby enemies.

Upon death, turns into an ice cube that leaves damaging blue creep on the ground and shatters upon impact with a wall.

Corn (weight: 50)

Requires Epic Fetus.

Upon dying, the familiar will launch itself onto the nearest enemy, causing an explosion that deals 60 damage to all nearby enemies.

Garlic (weight: 50)

Requires any of the following:
• Poison tears.
• Sulfuric Acid
• Mysterious Liquid
• Serpent's Kiss
• Toxic Shock
• Bob's Brain
• The Common Cold
• Scorpio
• Dead Tooth
• Contagion

Applies poison to enemies near it that deals Isaac's amount of damage per tick.

Mustard (weight: 50)

Requires any of the following:
• Sacred Heart
• Godhead
• Holy Light
• Holy Grail
• Holy Mantle
• Dead Dove
• Trisagion
• Holy Water

Has a white aura around it that slows enemies that come in contact with it.

Upon death, releases beams of light onto the nearest enemy that deal 1.2x Isaac's damage per tick to nearby enemies.

Pepper (weight: 50)

Requires any of the following:
• Flaming tears.
• Burning Bush
• Explosivo
• Ghost Pepper

50% faster and deals 2.25x Isaac's damage.

Explodes upon death, dealing 3x Isaac's damage to nearby enemies and leaving behind a fire that damages enemies.

Potato (weight: 50)

Requires Dr. Fetus.

Upon death, burrows itself into the ground, acting like a mine and detonating when an enemy touches it, dealing 60 damage to nearby enemies.

Pumpkin (weight: 50)

Requires any of the following:
• Fear tears.
• Abaddon
• Compound Fracture
• Apple!
• Dark Matter
• Mom's Perfume
• Host Hat
• The Forgotten
• ???
• The Lost
• Keeper

Applies fear to nearby enemies.

Red Cabbage (weight: 3)

No requirements.

20% faster and deals 3x Isaac's damage.

Explodes upon death, dealing 5x Isaac's damage to nearby enemies.

Tomato (weight: 50)

Requires any of the following:
• Brimstone
• Mega Blast
• Head of Krampus
• Lil Brimstone
• Azazel

Upon death, shoots short-ranged Brimstone lasers in the 4 cardinal directions, dealing 11 damage per tick, and lasting for 2 seconds.

USSR Potato (weight: 40)

Requires both Dr. Fetus and Epic Fetus.

Upon death, spawns 6 potato mines that, when touched by an enemy, explode and deal 60 damage to nearby enemies.
