Mirror Bombs is an unlockable passive item in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+5 bombs.

Bombs have different effects based on the current room's appearance (floor type).

Holding Mirror Shard and/or Mirror Fragment boosts certain bomb effects.

Possible effects
Basement / Clean Bedroom: spawns 3 Blue Flies.
• +2 are spawned for each Mirror item held.

Cellar / Shop / Dirty Bedroom / Greed Shop / Secret Room / Crawlspace: spawns 3 Blue Spiders.
• +2 are spawned for each Mirror item held.

Caves / Catacombs / Blue Womb Entrance: poisons enemies caught in the explosion for 5 seconds, dealing 5 damage per tick.
• Each Mirror item extends the poison duration by 2 seconds, and the damage by 2.

Glacier: applies Mint Gum freeze on enemies caught in the explosion.

Tomb: a large boulder falls onto a random enemy, dealing 30 damage to enemies in its radius.

Depths / Necropolis: 11-14 bone tears are launched upwards, dealing 10 damage to enemies they fall on.
• Each Mirror item increases the damage by +4.

Womb / Utero / Scarred Womb / Blue Womb: creates a puddle of red or blue creep based on the floor color, that deals 2 damage per tick to enemies.
• If a Mirror item is held, additionally, 4 tears are fired in the cardinal/ordinal directions for each Mirror item, dealing 25 + DamageStat damage.

Sheol: fires 4 short-ranged Brimstone beams in the cardinal directions, dealing 11 damage per tick.
• If 1 Mirror item is held, 8 lasers are fired instead.
• If 2 Mirror items are held, the lasers' range is infinite.

Dark Room / Mega Satan: all enemies in the room take 30 damage.
• Damage is increased by +5 for each Mirror item held.

Cathedral: bombs have a holy aura that rapidly deals 0.5 damage per tick (15 per second) to enemies.
• Damage is doubled for each Mirror item held.

Chest: the explosion opens nearby doors and chests.
• If 2 Mirror items are held, Dad's Key is used.

Burning Basement: spawns a flame that deals 3.5 damage to enemies when at full strength.
• +2 damage for each Mirror item held.

Flooded Caves: shoots out 4 tears in a circular fashion, each dealing 20 damage.
• There's a 33.33% chance to shoot 6 tears instead.
• +5 damage for each Mirror item held.

Dank Depths: spawns a puddle of slowing black creep.
• Additionally, 4 black tears are fired upwards for each Mirror item held, each dealing 10 + MirrorItems damage.

Downpour / Dross: 11-14 tears are launched upwards, dealing 10 damage to enemies they fall on.
• Each Mirror item increases the damage by +4.

Mines / Ashpit: creates a circular rock wave that deals 10 damage per tick to enemies.
• Additional lines of rocks are launched at the nearest enemies depending on the number of Mirror items held (1 wave per item).

Mausoleum / Gehenna: spawns 5 fires that home in on enemies, rapidly dealing Isaac's amount of damage per tick. Flames last for 4.67 seconds.
• Mirror items increase the damage by 1 + 0.1 × MirrorItems.

Corpse / Mortis: 1-6 tears are shot in random directions, that split into smaller tears upon contact. The main tears deal 25 + DamageStat damage.
• A poison gas cloud is also spawned at the explosion location, lasting for 6.67 seconds.
• +2 tears are shot for every Mirror item held.

Arcade: has a 40% chance to spawn a random coin.
• +10% chance for each Mirror item held.

Library: has a 10% chance to spawn a random card.
• +10% chance for each Mirror item held.

Sacrifice Room: has a 10% chance to spawn a Heart or Half Heart (50/50 chance).
• +10% chance for each Mirror item held.

Planetarium: has a 10% chance to spawn a random rune.
• +10% chance for each Mirror item held.

Dice Room: has a 16.67% chance to use X - Wheel of Fortune?

Error Room: bombs don't explode, but instead get converted into:
• 50% → Shopkeeper or a random basic enemy (Gaper, Gusher, Horf, Fly, Pooter, Clotty, Mulligan, or Attack Fly)
• 40% → random pickup (+10% for each Mirror item)
• 10% → glitched TMTRAINER item
