Lil' Sam item
Lil' Sam is an unlockable familiar in Road to Enlightenment, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a familiar that will irregularly throw bombs at nearby enemies.
When used by any character other than Enlightened Samson
The bombs do 1.5x Isaac's damage.
When used by Enlightened Samson
The bombs do 5.75x Enlightened Samson's damage and gain effects based on held bomb items.
How to unlock?
Earn all Hard Mode completion marks as 
Enlightened Samson.
Transformations
Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
