Shooting Star is a sand Pouch Ability in Sacred Dreams, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Sand Pouch attacks will shoot star tears.
The star tears will apply somnolence to enemies on impact.
Multipliers:
• Pouch recharge
• Somnolence duration
