Somnoleptic Charge is a sand Pouch Ability in Sacred Dreams, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Allows Sand Pouch to store an additional full level of charge.

When dealing damage to enemies with Somnolence: Has a chance to give the Sand Pouch a boost that makes it recharge much faster.

The chance scales with the character's fire rate.

Grants the boost upon killing an enemy with somnolence.
