Spindle Spikes is a sand Pouch Ability in Sacred Dreams, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Sand Pouch attacks now spawn waves of spikes that emerge from the ground in the direction the item was used.

The spikes deal damage and apply somnolence to enemies.
