Certificate is a trinket in TBoI: Regambled, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
UNCOMMON | Base price: 6 coins
This Joker is only available while playing as 
Jimbo or 
Tainted Jimbo.
Gain the PHD effect.
Jimbo: Adds a card with a random seal to the deck on blind clear.
Tainted Jimbo: Same effect as base game.
