AIsaac The First is an unlockable familiar in The Bimbing of AIsaac: Reedged, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Deals 1 damage per tick (30 per second) on contact.

Randomly moves around the room with random intervals, shooting tears in one of four cardinal directions.

Shoots around 2.5 times per second, each tear dealing 4 damage.

Places a bomb when near an enemy, with a cooldown of 10 seconds.

When entering a new floor, increases his level by 1, with a maximum level of 5.

The higher his level is, the more his movement and shooting directions lean towards enemies.

Get all completion marks as AIsaac on Hard difficulty.

This item contributes towards the

Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
