Lil' Kami is an unlockable familiar in The Bimbing of AIsaac: Reedged, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

In uncleared rooms, goes to the center of the room and shows a sign with one of the cardinal directions for 2.5 seconds.

The enemies are prevented from moving in this direction.

Cooldown 2.5 seconds between changing his sign.

In "Strict Supervision" challenge:
Doesn't affect enemies, but Isaac, his tears, and familiars instead.

Doesn't have a cooldown between changing his sign, changes it every 1.5 seconds.

Exploding a bomb will make Lil' Kami remove his sign for 10 seconds.
Exploding another one will cancel the effect.

Defeat Mother as AIsaac.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
