Phish is an unlockable passive item in The Bimbing of AIsaac, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

When Isaac enters a hostile room, he burrows underground.

While underground, Isaac is invincible and cannot shoot.

Touching an enemy makes Isaac jump out of the ground, killing the enemy and dealing x10 his damage to all enemies in 2 tile radius.

While burrowed in flooded rooms, allows to go through grid item.

Unlocks itself randomly.
