Pacemaker is an unlockable passive item in The Bimbing of AIsaac: Reedged, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Picking up batteries heals Isaac for half of their charge value and increases his flat damage by 0.15 × ChargeValue.

It does not correlate to how much charge the battery actually gave.

Isaac can pick up batteries even when his active item is fully charged, but he is not fully healed.
